The UMass Donahue Institute will offer a free webinar titled, “Resilient Leadership: Conversations for Challenging Times,” for people managers who have been affected by the current ongoing funding uncertainties, shifting priorities and nonstop change and on Tuesday, April 29 from 1-2 p.m.

The webinar will offer team managers an opportunity to chat with fellow people managers, senior leaders and decision-makers navigating these same challenges in nonprofits, philanthropies and state agencies. The one-hour conversation will offer a safe space to gain new perspective on adaptive strategies, decision-making and supporting your team through turbulent times.
