"I was inspired to become a nurse after my mom's journey fighting breast cancer when I was thirteen years old. I saw how impactful all of the healthcare professionals on her journey were and knew that I wanted to help people in similar situations. Nursing offers so many different career opportunities and I remember the kindness that they showed my family. I hope I can have a similar impact on the lives of my patients."
