What inspired me to become a nurse?
I chose nursing because I have always been a very compassionate person so choosing a field where that is highlighted was very important to me. Medicine has always been intriguing to me, so I love that nursing encompasses both medicine and compassion. I love the deep connection that nurses can make with their patients, since nurses are there for them during their most vulnerable moments.
