"I’ve always had a passion to care for others, but it was my younger sister’s Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis that truly opened my eyes to pursue a career in nursing. Seeing all the compassion, dedication, and kindness from the nurses during this challenging time showed me the impact nurses can have on a patient’s life. Their amazing efforts inspired me to want to make this same difference in the lives of others."
