About
Katy Bobianski, MSN, RN, serves as the graduate student placement coordinator and lecturer at the Elaine Marieb College of Nursing, where she has been a dedicated nurse educator for many years. In her dual role, she supports graduate student clinical placements while teaching across both undergraduate and graduate nursing tracks, fostering student development from foundational learning through advanced practice preparation.
Katy began her nursing career in acute care as a registered nurse. After earning her advanced practice nursing licensure and obtaining ANCC certification in 2000, she practiced as a family nurse practitioner in school-based, college, and occupational health settings, bringing a strong foundation in primary care and population-focused practice to her academic work.
Her professional interests include advanced practice nursing, community and public health, and the innovative integration of simulation.
