Katharine Green

Katharine Green, PhD, FACNM is a Clinical Associate Professor and teaches in the undergraduate and graduate programs at the Marieb College of Nursing. 

Dr. Green served as a past chair of the National Government Affairs Committee, as the legislative liaison for Massachusetts, and founded a teaching caucus American College of Nurse Midwives. She has served as an expert panel member on interprofessional education in women’s health for HRSA, and on state and regional committees focused on women’s health and nursing education. Her interests include maternal outcomes, nursing education, and women’s health care policy. 

Dr. Green has presented nationally and internationally on a variety of subjects including policy and politics related to women’s health care, a guide for prenatal care for women’s health practitioners, theater in nursing education, and postpartum depression.
