A Flexible Business Program for All Learners
This program offers a flexible way to finish your bachelor's degree by building a concentration around your goals, interests, and experience. Students can connect business knowledge with areas such as leadership, management, communication, entrepreneurship, nonprofit work, human services, sustainability, technology, or other fields while making the most of the credits and real-world experience they already bring. Through the University Without Walls Department of Interdisciplinary Studies, eligible students can earn college credits for prior training, work, and life experience, helping reduce time and cost while recognizing the knowledge they have gained outside the traditional classroom.

Human Resource Development
Explore how organizations support, train, and develop people. This focus may be a strong fit if you are interested in employee development, workplace learning, talent management, organizational culture, or supporting teams and individuals in professional settings.

These programs are a good fit for students who have earned at least 12 transferable college credits with a GPA of 2.0 or higher and want the flexibility to earn a bachelor’s degree fully online.
