Our fully online and asynchronous certificate or degrees are designed to fit into your busy schedule.  Degree requirements are flexible so you can focus on your own area of interest.   

Choose from among three fully online program options:  

  • Our 15-credit online Certificate is ideal for adults seeking to change careers, college graduates who want to explore a new area of study, lifelong learners pursuing a personal interest, or as a steppingstone to an associate or bachelor's degree. 
  • Our 60-credit online Associate of Science Degree allows students to focus mostly on food, farming, and gardening classes.   
  • Our 120-credit online Bachelor of Science Degree is ideal for anyone who cannot attend a residential college. If you already have a bachelor’s degree, you may earn a second degree by taking 60 additional credits or less.
