Isabella Caruso

In the role of Health and Human Services Director, Isabella manages state and federal grants, oversees the implementation of public health and human services programming, and guides the department’s initiatives. With more than six years of experience in public health, Isabella has served in a variety of local public health roles, including Shared Service Coordinator and Regional Epidemiologist. She leverages her expertise in epidemiology to assess community needs and implement evidence-based strategies that improve community health outcomes.
