A new video produced by the UMass Amherst Center for Agriculture, Food and the Environment highlights the breast cancer research of Kathleen Arcaro, veterinary and animal sciences, in collaboration with Professor of Epidemiology Susan Sturgeon and Assistant Professor of Nutrition Lindiwe Sibeko. The scientists are examining the idea that an increased consumption of fruits and vegetables may reduce breast cancer risk.
The video is part of the Center’s “Research That Matters” series.
