UMass Amherst’s MPH in nutrition prepares you to tackle the most complex modern-day nutritional issues and their relationship to the health of communities.

The first fully online public health master’s of its kind, the 47-credit program gives nutrition, public health, and health care professionals the education necessary to pursue a variety of career paths.

You’ll join students with diverse experiences from across the country and the world and learn both from faculty and each other.

Our online program combines a foundation in public health theory and practice with a primary focus on how nutrition impacts health, from epidemiology to public health policy. You’ll come away with the skills to make a meaningful difference in public health nutrition.
