This year’s excellent group of volunteers were honored with a special dinner celebration at the University Club in May.  Every academic year The Partnership for Worker Education recruits and places UMass students and community volunteers to help tutor in our classes, work on projects, or assist us as support aides.  Their help and dedication greatly enhance the options available to UMass staff who take our workplace computer and workplace English classes or participate in projects like Building Bridges.

Many student volunteers stay with us during their years at UMass.  All leave long-lasting memories behind.  With grateful appreciation we thank all our volunteers who made this year a success, including Lucine Boloyan, Monali Faldu, Sarah Kim, Jayshree Krishnan, Yasmine Langman, Leora Levitt, Paul Mayes, Srisuma Movva, Ben Perrone, Rachel Prince, Brian Ramirez, Karianne Santiago Ruiz, Jonathan Trott, Erielle Warshowsky, Jacey Woods, Shelly Xue, and Madeline Zygmont!
