The Partnership for Worker Education is committed to increasing workers’ exposure to cultural differences as well as their cultural competencies in multicultural work environments. In addition to offering classes in Workplace English and career ladders for workers from different cultures, we offer classes and workshops through the Chancellor's Building Bridges initiative, including a worker artist class and exhibit, celebrations of workers' creativity, and "Our Immigrant Voices." We also focus on skill development for multicultural workplaces in our pre-apprenticeship and community education sites.
