Communication and Leadership

The Partnership for Worker Education offers classes in communication and leadership that help workers develop the skills to improve workplace interactions, team-building skills, and leadership traits. Classes focus on in-class participation and practice, and expose learners to a wide variety of communication, work, and leadership styles.

Certificates are offered for classes that prepare workers for advancement and increased leadership on the job. Topics addressed include listening and speaking skills, facilitating group meetings, navigating difficult conversations, conflict management, and differences in cultural communication styles.
