The Partnership for Worker Education offers support for workers who want to pursue their career paths. We offer individual career and education advising for workers seeking advancement or preparation for a new job or career, help with resume preparation, and coaching. We partner with career ladders, apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs at UMass Amherst and in the community.
Career growth classes are offered to UMass Amherst employees as well to participants in our community programs. Classes are tailored to individual goals, and participants practice interviewing and job skills with other workers.
