The Jail Education Initiative and Department of WGSS is pleased to welcome emareena danielles as a guest speaker for the Teaching and Learning in Carceral Spaces seminar. danielles will discuss trauma-responsive pedagogy in carceral spaces, exploring how educators can create supportive learning environments that acknowledge and address the impact of trauma on incarcerated students.
The presentation will take place on October 28th from 3:00-4:30 PM in South College W465. All are welcome to attend in person or join online via Zoom!
