Yelim Lee

Yelim Lee is a PhD student in Communication at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Though her bachelor's and master's was in Anthropology, she found her way to Communication primarily through an interest in digital culture and politics. Her research areas include Asian American political aesthetics, racial capitalism, and feminist digital studies. Her research investigates the racialized sale and branding of Asian and Asian American body parts and products. How are Asian American identities constructed within bio capitalist industries?
