Jacob Repper is a senior sports journalism major and has been a member of 91.1 WMUA since his freshman year. Jacob broadcasts football and hockey on the radio and calls a variety of different sports on ESPN+. He is a big New York sports fan and loves hiking, fishing, and working out.

Delaney Staab

Delaney is a sophomore Legal Studies and Journalism double major with a minor in Business. She oversees news operations at WMUA News, runs the blog, Off the Airwaves, co-runs WMUA's semesterly zine, and helps station members create news features. Delaney joined WMUA her freshman fall semester and has been in love with college radio since. Outside of the station, Delaney is an avid yogi, in love with corny movies, and always taking photos around campus!

Shannon is a junior at UMass, double majoring in political science and journalism with a sports concentration. At WMUA, she works as the News Editor, deciding what stories are covered, producing the news, and fielding reporting opportunities. Outside of WMUA, Shannon enjoys working out, spending time with friends, doing puzzles, and watching baseball. Michael is a senior Communication major and Studio Art minor. He oversees the training program at WMUA Amherst and onboards new DJs. He has been a show host for over two years and has authored multiple articles for our music blog. Outside of the station, he’s doing an independently contracted Honors Thesis on the music industry and has played drums since middle school. Jason is a junior marketing & journalism double major with a minor in political science. He hosts The Schengen Area at 4:30-5:30 every Wednesday and joined WMUA his second semester sophomore year. Jasper Grant

Jasper is a senior Music (JAAMS) and English double major. At WMUA, he oversees website changes, equipment rentals, and studio equipment maintenance. Jasper has a background in recording technology and music performance and plays bass in local bands Ravenous Conglomerate and Larry Bird's Orphans. He also hosts Sour Hour on WMUAX Wednesdays from 6-7pm along with co-host Pond Signal. Reach out to Jasper for any inquiries regarding equipment rentals or general tech questions!

Amany Ferrimy

Amany is a third year biology and psychology double major. As archival MD she oversees automation, physical music submissions (as well as digital), and takes care of the physical library. She is currently fighting a treacherous battle making a digital catalog of current collection. Amany got trained in the fall of her freshman year and has had a show ever since. Outside of radio she is probably climbing, doing homework, or in the lab. Contact her for anything related to physicals, or music in general.

Kevin is a senior Communication major with a minor in Sustainable Community Development. He promotes the station through creating graphics for social media, managing merchandise orders, and leading marketing and zine committees. He co-hosts 4 radio shows this semester— The Sunday Morning Word, No Bad Ideas, Poet Talk, and UMass Global, all on the FM stream. What interests him most about radio is storytelling and playing experimental sounds on air. Outside of WMUA, Kevin works at Amherst Media where he gets to have even more fun with public media! Abhiraj or ‘Abhi’ is an Operations and Information Management major. He is the Music Communications Director for WMUA, responsible for the communication with labels/promoters, charting music weekly, and hosting listening sessions. He has two shows this semester: Whom Street (4 - 5:30 PM) on the FM on Mondays and PIAO (12 - 1 PM) on X on Wednesdays. If there are any questions related to music or any artists wanting to submit music to the station, send it his way.

Julie Evers

Julie is a third-year Marketing major pursuing a career in music marketing. She hosts Down A Rabbit Hole on Wednesdays from 8-9:30 PM, which features genre deep dives and live performances by local bands. She also co-hosts The Sunday Morning Word, a children’s program, airing Sundays from 11:30 AM to noon. When she isn’t at the station, you can find her designing posters and zines, screen-printing, or playing tennis. Jade Shum is a senior dual-degreeing in Art History and Anthropology. They are working on making WMUA a welcoming environment whether that be reviewing our internal policies, assessing our departments and their committees, or planning events highlighting the diverse voices of our campus and greater community. She hosts Mood Swingers with DJ dandilicious on the FM every Thursday from 8 pm-10 pm. Olivia Dohrety

Olivia is a Senior English and Linguistics major here at UMass. Since her freshman year, she has been the proud host of “Decades of the Stage”, a musical theatre history show, on 91.1 FM. She is also WMUA’s former News Operator. Outside of the station, she enjoys cooking, collecting DVD box sets, and reading SNL cast member’s biographies. Lyvia is senior at UMass studying Communication and English. She is also pursuing a concentration in Creative Writing as well as a certificate in Film Studies. Dan takes care of the in-studio audio, computer, automation systems and transmitter sites. He was a finalist in the 2018 Intercollegiate Broadcasting System's Tom Gibson Award for outstanding engineering. He has been with WMUA since June, 1989.

Carson joined WMUA in 2017. Previously, he served as general manager of WUEV-FM (University of Evansville) and KCOU-FM (University of Missouri). He can be reached about general station questions, comments or concerns. When he isn’t at WUMA, Carson is likely watching the Chicago Cubs or Chicago Bears, catching up on a podcast or playing Nintendo 64.
