She has extensive experience in the design and facilitation of workshops and seminars for public sector employees and organizations, with particular emphasis on: supervisory leadership development, diversity issues, teambuilding, organizational skills, respectful workplace, managing in a unionized contexts, and customer service. Van Kehler is the Office Manager for Workplace Learning & Development. She is also responsible for developing and maintaining the WLD Website, and helping to organize the workshops. Van has lived in many states throughout the U.S., settling in Massachusetts in 1987. She is both a graduate and a 29+ year employee of UMass.
Paul Papierski joins the Workplace Learning and Development team as its newest Employee and Organizational Development Specialist. He brings an extensive background in employee and manager development, performance improvement, coaching employees and facilitating programs.
