Weekly Meditation - March (Via Zoom)

This workshop is offered via Zoom.  The Zoom meeting connection information will be sent out to attendees a day prior to the training. If you have not received the link by that time, please check your "Junk" folder. 

Join us for a weekly goodwill meditation every Wednesday at Noon.  Offer compassion to yourself and to your community in this brief, beginner friendly meditation.  Meditations will last 10-15 minutes and there will be time for questions afterwards.
