Drawing from both Positive Psychology and Trauma Research, we will discuss ways to build on your resilience and take care of yourself during unpredictable and frightening times. We will talk about how to bring curiosity, nonjudgment and compassion to the question of how to best build on the positive parts of our lives so that we can continue to find meaning and sustenance from life in this new reality.
