Resiliency: There are a number of situations that occur at work unplanned. Resilience is our ability to bounce back when things don’t go as planned. Resilience helps us to manage stress and keep on track. Below are resources and strategies to increase your self-awareness as well as to build your resiliency to be more productive at work.
- Understand the important role that resilience has in the workplace.
- Develop your understanding of the fundamentals of resilience. Take notes on how you can apply your learnings to different aspects of your life.
- Use resilience to help create a meaningful workplace.
