Workplace Well-Being
Personality Styles and Type: Personality is the innate way we think, feel and act on most occasions. It can be considered a person's characteristics that are enduring and it is the core of who we are as individuals. At the UMass Amhert's Workplace Learning & Development office, we use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) to identify individual personality styles and how they appear in the workplace.
- Gain a more in-depth understanding of MBTI and Type.
- Explore additional resources via the Myers Briggs Foundation's MBTI Type in Everyday Life (Careers, Relationships, and Families).
- Learn more at UMass: If you’re interested in discovering more about Type and bringing the MBTI® assessment to your team or department, please contact WLD.
