Paul is currently the Manager of Workplace Learning and Development. He brings an extensive background in employee and manager development, performance improvement, coaching employees and facilitating programs to his role. He has worked in the Learning and Development space for over 18 years.
Before joing the University of Massachusetts, he previously worked in a large national nonprofit as well as various Massachusetts municipalities and state agencies during the course of his career. He holds a MA in International and Intercultural Management with a Human Resource Management focus.
He recently earned a Certificate in Wholebeing Positive Psychology, by completing a seven month in-depth program exploring the science and direct application of wholebeing positive psychology in the workplace and followed this up with a Chief Happiness Officer Certification from Florida International University.
He’ll add these credentials to his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation, the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management and Myers Brigg Type Indicator® certified practitioner.
In his spare time, you can find him hiking and walking the wooded trails in New England and visiting the ocean whenever he gets a chance.
