Paul Papierski joins the Workplace Learning and Development team as an Employee and Organizational Development Specialist. He brings an extensive background in employee and manager development, performance improvement, coaching employees and facilitating programs. He has worked in the Learning and Development area for over 15 years.
He previously worked in a large national nonprofit as well as various Massachusetts municipalities and state agencies during the course of his career. He holds a MA in International and Intercultural Management with a Human Resource Management focus. He's a certified professional coach and holds an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation as well as the SHRM-Certified Professional credential from the Society for Human Resource Management. He's also a also a certified practitioner for administering the Myers Brigg Type Indicator®.
He is three years into trying to be beekeeper and is constantly learning about bees as he successfully avoids being stung while managing multiple honey bee hives. When not tending bees, he travels as much as possible, recently visiting Costa Rica, Cambodia and Thailand.
He's a resident of Vermont, and enjoys spending as much time as possible in the green mountains of his newly adopted state.
