This 1.5 hour session is designed for managers of university staff. In this session we will review basic good practices, and cover the essentials of a successful review, including flexibility during the pandemic, acknowledging successes, writing your comments, reviewing union contract expectations, evaluation forms and looking ahead to the next performance cycle.
