Leadership Lab: Strategies for Leading Engaging Virtual Meetings

For supervisors and managers: Do you feel like your virtual meetings - held by Zoom or Teams - have become more static than dynamic?  In this lab, learn simple facilitation tips that will help increase engagement, inclusion, and productivity that you can use in your 1:1 and team meetings.

What are Leadership Labs?
Leadership Labs are short, action-learning sessions for managers and supervisors to talk through a common workplace challenge and build action-steps using the tools and strategies gained in the lab. The labs are a ‘practice field’ for supervisors and managers to try out these new approaches while engaging in candid dialogue with a small group of peers - maximum is 6 people and all must respect confidentiality. Participants will get feedback and guidance on the spot from the trainer.
