Gaining skills in reaching out to others is more important than ever. Whatever our current work situation, all of us are having less “casual” exchanges with others and so we have less of a sense of how people are doing.  A “first aid” approach gives you skills for checking in on people, asking difficult questions and connecting people with the resources they need. None of us can do it alone and finding ways to reach out is going to be a key factor in our ongoing resilience.
