Building Resilience and Mindfulness (Via Zoom)

Based on the teachings of Tal Ben-Shar, PHD, and the teachings of the Wholebeing Institute, we will explore a multi-faceted tool that will help us cultivate hope, resilience and purpose in this ever changing world we live in.
