As a Senior Organizational Development Consultant, Melissa serves as an internal coach, trainer, and consultant for UMass Amherst organizations and employees. Melissa brings over 25 years of experience in higher education supporting marginalized students, leading organizational diversity efforts, and managing teams. She is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach through the CoachDiversity Institute and holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, Melissa is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and is a Kotter Certified Change Leader.
