Gordon Hall

Gordon is the HR Community Training Specialist for Workplace Learning and Development, joining the team in the summer of 2023. He has been working in Higher Education in Massachusetts since 2015. Gordon holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Framingham State University and has a background in delivering training for staff, students, and instructors both in-person, online and through a hybrid format. His position as HR Community Training Specialist assesses learning needs, develops learning in a variety of formats, evaluates training effectiveness, and explores new and engaging ways to meet the dynamic needs of a modern workforce at a world-class public research university.

Gordon grew up in the Pioneer Valley and has returned in recent years to be close to family and enjoy the opportunities for outdoor activities and the local arts scene.
