Danielle joined Workplace Learning & Development as an Organizational Development Consultant in the summer of 2023. With a background in residence life, student affairs, and academic initiatives, Danielle brings nine years of experience to her role. Her expertise lies in developing comprehensive training programs on various topics, including leadership development, wellness, and inclusion.

Danielle holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership. She is passionate about social justice and strives to create inclusive and empowering environments. In addition to her professional pursuits, Danielle can often be found exploring coffee shops with a good book in hand, attending live music performances, and embarking on adventures while traveling.
