PFAS: Identifying Problems and Working towards Solutions
On December 6, 2023, the Massachusetts Water Resources Research Center hosted a forum on zoom, on the topic of PFAS: Identifying Problems and Working towards Solutions. Five panelists presented their experience on the topic from their diverse backgrounds: Jennifer Pederson from the Massachusetts Water Works Association, Anila Bello from UMass Lowell Public Health, Jeffrey Arps from Tighe & Bond, Onur Apul from University of Maine Civil & Environmental Engineering, and James Reuther from UMass Lowell Chemistry. Keynote was given by WRRC Director Timothy Randhir of UMass Amherst Natural Resources Conservation, and an extensive Question and Answer session followed.
