2023 UMass Water Academy: Institute in Drinking Water Treatment
The Institute in Drinking Water Treatment for 2023 is scheduled for August 21-23, with an optional advanced treatment day on August 24th.
The event will be held at the Hotel Northampton, where they have a block of rooms reserved (ask for the UMass event or the UMass Water event). The registration cost is $1,200 for the 3-day Institute, or $1,400 for all four days. Course Objectives:
To present the fundamentals of drinking water treatment processes, new developments in drinking water treatment, apply course materials to existing and proposed drinking water requirements, and to illustrate applications of principles and practice using pilot-scale plant and full-scale plant case studies.
