Monoclonal antibodies have been made to:

IgD: Three monoclonal antibodies to IgD have been developed by US-VIRN: 7B11 (IgM, κ), 8F8 (IgG1, κ), and 2C12 (IgG1, κ). Contact Dr. Melanie Wilson for further information.

IgLσ:: Four monoclonals antibodies to IgLσ have been developed by US-VIRN: S.4 (IgG3, κ); S.28 (IgG3, κ); S.46 (IgG3, κ); S.11 (IgM, κ). contact Dr. Melanie Wilson for further information.

TCRα: Protein was produced at Cornell; fusion performed at U Mass Dartmouth and hybridomas are currently being tested at UMMC.

MHC Class IIb: Four monoclonal antibodies to MHC Class IIb were developed by Univ. North Carolina and characterized through US-VIRN: Bs3.1 (IgG1, κ); Bs6.1 (IgG1, κ); Bs1.1 (IgG2a, κ). Contact Dr. Melanie Wilson for further information.


Recombinant proteins:

CXCL8: Protein produced by Kingfisher Biotech.

β2-microglobulin: Protein produced; multiple fusions; no viable hybridomas (U Mass Dartmouth and UMMC).

CD3 γ/δ: Protein produced; multiple fusions; no viable hybridomas (U Mass Dartmouth and UMMC).

CD4: Protein produced; multiple fusions; no viable hybridomas (U Mass Dartmouth and UMMC).

CD8α and CD87beta;: Protein produced; multiple fusions; no viable hybridomas (U Mass Dartmouth and UMMC).

IgL λ: Protein produced; multiple fusions; no viable hybridomas (U Mass Dartmouth and UMMC).

Recombinant proteins cloned into mammalian expression vector for hybridoma production (2012)
