M.4 Master's Outline
Please submit the title of your outline to Mary Schneider via email at least one week before your thesis outline meeting. A formatted signature page will be generated for your committee to be signed electronically after the presentation and will be sent to the Graduate School.
M.3 Master's Thesis Committee
Submit the names of your MS Thesis committee members to Mary Schneider via email. A memo will be sent to the Graduate School to request that your committee be formed. Non-thesis MS and 5th year MS students do not need to form an official committee through the Graduate School.
M.5 Master's Thesis Defense
Your PI should notify Mary Schneider with the results of your Masters Thesis defense. A memo will be generated and sent to the Graduate School with the results.
D.2 Doctoral Preliminary Comprehensive Exam
Your PI should email Mary Schneider with the results of your ORP. A memo will be generated and sent to the Graduate School with the results.
D.3 Doctoral Dissertation Committee
Submit your committee information, including name of outside member and their institution to Mary Schneider via email. A memo will be sent to the Graduate School to request that your committee be formed.
D.4 Doctoral Dissertation Outline
Send the title of your prospectus to Mary Schneider via email at least a week before your prospectus meeting. A formatted signature page will be circulated among your committee members for electronic signatures and then sent to the Graduate School.
D.5 Doctoral Oral Exam Scheduling
The Graduate School requires 30 days advance notice of the date of your PhD. defense. Please complete the graduate school's Scheduling of the Final Doctoral Oral Examination form in its entirety and return to Mary Schneider via email at least 35 days before the date of your Dissertation Defense. A memo will be sent to the Graduate School to request that your defense be scheduled.
D.6 Doctoral Oral Exam Results
Your PI should email Mary Schneider with the results of your Dissertation Defense. A memo will be generated and sent to the Graduate School with the results.
