Molly Hoffenberg is a rising senior and member of the Commonwealth Honors College pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Veterinary Science (Class of 2024). After graduation, she plans to attend veterinary school and pursue research in a potential veterinary oncology field. Molly joined the Arcaro lab in the Summer of 2022 as a Lee SIP Scholar and has continued research through Summer 2023 in an Environmental and Public Health Internship. She started in the Arcaro lab working on the New Moms Wellness Study, but at the start of Fall 2022 Molly shifted to the BRCA study focusing on the DNA methylation portion which will be the focus of her honors thesis this coming year. In her spare time, Molly loves to hike, go to the beach, and play with her three dogs Nash, Maggie Mae, and Lilly.
