Grace is a junior majoring in Biology on the premedical track, and she is fascinated by the intersection of science and medicine. She was struck by the fact that Dr. Arcaro’s lab is researching DNA methylation patterns in breast milk in hopes of predicting the emergence of breast cancer in high risk women. She is excited to learn more about the biomarkers of breast cancer and the proliferation of the disease. Outside of academia, Grace’s interests include nutrition, reading, and travel.
