Management and operation of the Equine boarding facility at the Hadley Farm. Development of Standard Operating Procedures, cash flow statements, purchasing and ordering of supplies, delegation and supervision of labor, and appropriate client communication. Required weekly meetings and student committee assignments. Lab time includes weekly shifts at the facility. Instructor consent required.
