Shaolei Lu earned his Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology in 2006. His dissertation was titled "Regulation of p53 by Mdm4 and ovarian hormones in mouse mammary glands". Currently he is an Assistant Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Brown University.
