Faith Chen
Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Arcaro Lab
Faith is a junior pursuing a dual-degree in Biology and Economics. She has been working in the Arcaro Lab for two semesters with the team studying the effects of chronic inflammation on the ELF5 gene’s DNA methylation patterns in 76N-Tert cells.
In addition to her time in the Arcaro lab, Faith works in the Isenberg Undergraduate Consulting Group as a senior analyst, where she merges her interest in research with problem solving business complexities. Additionally, she has enjoyed previous experiences as an ESL teacher for immigrant adults and as a licensed dental assistant. Driven by a desire to understand who people are, the challenges we encounter, and the methods to address these problems, Faith hopes to leverage a variety of experiences into a professional career in life sciences consulting. Therefore, Faith is excited to join Health Advances in Summer 2025 as a Life Sciences Analyst Intern in consulting.
