Annika Jonsson

Annika Jonsson is the Animal Care and Facilities Manager for the UMass Vet Tech Program at the Mount Ida Campus in Newton, Massachusetts. She is a 2018 UMass graduate who majored in Veterinary Technology and graduated with her bachelor’s degree. She has since passed the VTNE and became a Certified Veterinary Technologist in 2019. In addition to her deep passion for animal care, she is English as a Second Language certified, can speak German at a conversational level, and loves to travel. She is currently working on narrowing down a Masters/Doctorate program to further her education working with animals.
