earn credit. save money.
We offer a variety of ways for you to save money and earn the credit you need to cross the finish line.
generous transfer credit policy
UMass Amherst allows up to 75 transfer credits. One of the key roles of your UWW advisor will be to help ensure that you receive the maximum number of credits possible for your previous college courses, professional and military trainings, and credit exams and evaluations. Whenever possible, your credits will be used to fulfill university general education requirements so that you don't need to re-take courses you've already taken elsewhere.
