UWW Interdisciplinary Studies Advisor Approved Courses Form

After consulting your advisor, submit this form for reconsideration of any rejected transfer credits that are relevant to your area of concentration.

How It Works 

1. During degree planning, discuss any rejected courses with your faculty advisor to determine whether they are relevant to your area of concentration. While this process should be completed during degree planning with your faculty advisor, if you have already completed UWW 305, please contact your academic advisor instead.
2. After that discussion, fill out this form, including all courses you have discussed that may be relevant to your area of concentration. All courses entered will be subject to further approval.
3. Your advisor will receive a copy of this form. After they approve it, the courses will go to a credit evaluator for approval or denial, and then to the Registrar for processing.
4. The Academic Services Coordinator will notify you and your advisor when this is complete and all credits have been processed.
