ARCH 100: Intro to Architectural Design & Graphics I
High school students are invited to enroll in a regular undergraduate UMass introductory architecture studio course offered online, ARCH 100: Intro to Architectural Design & Graphics I. This course is a University+ Session course.
An introduction to fundamental "design thinking" and graphic communication skills in architecture. Students will learn drawing and modeling skills through a series of hands-on two and three-dimensional design projects. (Gen. Ed. AT)
Materials: Enrolled students will be provided a materials list to purchase separately. Please budget about $100 for materials.
Schedule: Live, synchronous sessions will meet Monday - Thursday 1:00 - 4:00pm. Plus asynchronous work as assigned.
