The UWW Interdisciplinary Studies Leadership area of study combines theory and practice to help you understand what it takes to lead effectively in today’s complex world. This flexible online program explores leadership from multiple perspectives including management, education, sociology, psychology, and more, giving you the tools to motivate teams, navigate competing interests, and achieve meaningful results.
You can receive credit for prior coursework and professional experience, saving time and money as you complete your degree.
