online education: a flexible option for busy adults.
At UMass UWW, you can finish your degree online from home or anywhere else without ever having to come to campus. We use state of the art, user friendly, interactive online learning technology. And you get the same UMass instructors who are teaching every day in bricks and mortar classrooms.
Online education is a great choice for busy adults juggling the demands of work and family. Challenging and surprisingly personal, online education offers you the convenience and flexibility you need to complete your course work according to your own schedule. Although there will be deadlines and timelines like any other class, where and what time of the day you choose to complete your coursework is up to you. And if you need help navigating your courses, 24/7 tech support is available.
blended learning: the best of both worlds.
As a UWW student, you have the option of taking four of your required courses in a blended format. Blended learning courses are online courses that incorporate four in-person Saturday morning sessions a semester. Meeting your classmates and instructor can be exciting and rewarding, and students in blended learning classes often travel from as far as 200 miles to learn and laugh together, and encourage each other. Community is built and friendships are made. At the end of each blended learning course, students have a potluck to celebrate their success.
classroom education: an oldy but goody.
At UMass UWW you have the option of taking classes at the 1450 acre flagship campus of the University of Massachusetts, located in Amherst, Massachusetts.
