This brown bag lunch is open member and non-members are welcome. No experience necessary. Free. Please RSVP to Glenda Pons.

UWN member Terri Wolejko of UMass Amherst, Dvora Eisenstein of the Hampshire Athletic Club and Juli Averill, UMass Doctoral student Department of Kinesiology, will present on Tai Chi.  Learn about Tai Chi and the incredible health benefits of practicing this amazing martial art.  Tai Chi helps to relieve the physical efforts of stress on the body and mind, provides good physical fitness in a safe manner, and provides insight towards an effective means of self-defense. 

Event ends with a 10-15 minute qigong practice (optional but recommended). Return to work feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
