UWN continues our fall programming with a Private Tour of the Chuck Close exhibit at the Fine Arts Center, guided by educational curator of the University Gallery, Eva Fierst. The exhibit features 86 photos from the artist’s long career. A recent article in the Amherst Bulletin (10/9) covered this exhibit and the career of Chuck Close who started at UMass. Some of these photos served as the basis for some of his famous paintings. This exhibit will tour nationally upon leaving UMass.
Our tour will also include time for a brown bag lunch and informal art discussion with Eva. RSVP to Glenda Pons.
