The University Womens' Network (UWN) will be holding their annual Chef Demonstration event with Chef Pamela Adams. Chef Adams joined the Award-Winning UMass Dining team in spring of 2006 as the assistant pastry chef. She is currently the interim executive pastry chef and now oversees the entire UMass Bakery. The delicious no-bake Goat Cheese Cheesecake, is an original creation by Pamela. The cheesecake is sweetened with honey from Warm Colors Apiary, located in South Deerfield, about 11 miles from the UMass Campus. The grains used for the crumble are grown in the New England area and come from Ground up Grain flour mill which is located in Hadley, MA.
