Claudia Donald

Claudia Donald is the executive director of digital strategy at UMass Amherst. She oversees the MarCom web team, including both technical development and web content. She has served in a variety of roles since returning to UMass Amherst in 2005. In 2013, she was nominated to attend the HERS Institute. She was named director of online communications in 2014 and senior director of online communications and client services in 2016, when she also received a Chancellor’s Citation Award. Claudia has taken on many leadership roles at the university as well, serving on the Web Governance Policy Committee, the Accessibility Advisory Committee, and the Information Communication Technology Council.
